Die Clinica Holistica Engiadina steht für ein ganzheitliches, nachhaltiges Therapiekonzept. Daher hat unsere Klinik eine Forschungsstudie durchgeführt, welche den klinischen Verlauf und die Langzeiteffekte einer stationären Burnout-Behandlung untersuchte. Bislang wurde die Wirksamkeit von stationären multimodalen Therapieprogrammen unzureichend erforscht. Retrospektiv wurden alle 723 PatientInnen, die in den Jahren 2012 und 2013 in der Clinica Holistica Engiadina hospitalisiert waren, in die Studie eingeschlossen.

Die Studie zeigt, dass ein sechswöchiges Therapieprogramm in der Clinica Holistica, einer auf Burnout spezialisierten Klinik,  eine siginifikante und nachhaltige Verbesserung der allgemeinen und für Burnout spezifischen Symptombelastung erreicht. Eine ambulante Nachsorge scheint für einen nachhaltigen Therapieerfolg ein wichtiger Faktor zu sein. Daher planen unsere fallführenden Psychologen und Ärzte gemeinsam mit unseren PatientInnen den Wiedereinstieg in den Alltag.
